  • How much does a search cost?
  • MDA's fees are negotiable within current market standards and are based upon specialty, projected difficulty and other factors unique to the search.
  • What "other" costs are involved in conducting a search beyond the placement fee?
  • The only "other" costs are travel costs (when necessary) for an on-site opportunity appraisal and mutually agreed upon "sourcing costs" (i.e., targeted direct mails and specialty ads). All other advertising is covered by MDA.
  • How long has MDA been in the Permanent Placement Business?
  • MDA has been the Permanent Placement business since 1990. Permanent Placement is natural extension of MDA's Locum Tenen's business which is available to our clients while a permanent search is underway.
