- How
much does a search cost?
MDA's fees are negotiable within current market standards
and are based upon specialty, projected difficulty and other
factors unique to the search.
- What
"other" costs are involved in conducting a search beyond
the placement fee?
The only "other" costs are travel costs (when necessary)
for an on-site opportunity appraisal and mutually agreed
upon "sourcing costs" (i.e., targeted direct mails and specialty
ads). All other advertising is covered by MDA.
- How
long has MDA been in the Permanent Placement Business?
MDA has been the Permanent Placement business since 1990.
Permanent Placement is natural extension of MDA's Locum
Tenen's business which is available to our clients while
a permanent search is underway.
- Why
