Who pays for expenses related to the assignment?
In addition to a daily or hourly rate to cover the cost of provider services and malpractice insurance, the facility where the contracted provider works will also be responsible for all associated travel and housing expenses.

How much advance notification do you need to confirm a physician for our practice?
The more time the better. Many of the physicians who contract with MDA book their schedules one month or more in advance. However, we are also able to handle many urgent and last minute requests.
