National Association of Locum Tenens Organization (NALTO)
MDA is a member of NALTO, a professional association which serves to educate the healthcare industry on the benefits of locum tenens staffing and to establish a set of service standards among locum tenens companies. The association also provides a system for sharing resources among member organizations, offers a formal dispute resolution process through an arbitration committee and aids all members in cultivating market growth.
Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR)
MDA is a member of ASPR, a growing professional organization comprised of more than 1,100 in-house physician recruiters employed by hospitals, clinics, physician practices and managed care organizations.
