Jim Ginter
- President of Medical Doctor Associates

Jim is one of the true pioneers of the locum tenens industry, starting his career in 1975 with one of the first national medical staffing companies, Spectrum Emergency Care. He joined Jackson & Coker (J & C) in 1984 and was a co-developer of their locum tenens division. Jim joined Medical Doctor Associates in November 1987 and has been integral to the company leadership and growth.

Jim plays a vital role in adapting and rethinking MDA’s services to meet the demands of an ever changing marketplace. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University.

Anne B. Anderson
- Executive Vice President

Anne serves as Executive Vice President of Medical Doctor Associates and is a member of the Executive Committee.

With more than 23 years of experience with MDA, Anne is responsible for Risk Management, Human Resources, Government Services and other operational functions, including Travel and Housing.

Anne is President and serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO), the trade organization of the locum tenens industry. She earned a BS degree from Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL and received the Healthcare Risk Manager designation from MMI Companies and Finch University in Chicago, IL.

Mike Pretiger
- Chief Financial Officer

As a member of the Executive Committee and as Chief Financial Officer, Mike oversees the Finance department and assists in planning the company’s strategic direction.

Mike joined MDA in 2002, bringing years of experience in working with both large corporate clients as well as with several family offices in managing private assets. He worked with several healthcare clients during his career with Arthur Anderson where he specialized in tax audit. Mike also served as CFO of a private company, leading a team in successfully selling the company to a larger public company.

Mike holds a BS degree in Accounting from The University of South Carolina as well as a CPA license from South Carolina (currently inactive).
