Ken Shumard founded MDA in 1987, retaining ownership until January 1, 2004, when he sold the company to all present and future employees of MDA. As of 2008, the company has now been sold to Cross Country Healthcare. Our employee carry on MDA’s reputation as the Quality Leader in Medical Staffing by offering the following:
