at MDA is provided through the company's Corporate University;
MDA U. People are one of the core values at MDA. Providing
continuous learning opportunities is consistent with that
value.
Founded in 2004, MDA U seeks to increase and share knowledge
within the organization. It is a multi-track framework designed
to align learning with critical business needs and challenges.
Internally driven, the faculty is comprised of employees who
are among the top staffing consultants and subject matter
experts in the industry.
Everyone at MDA is encouraged to participate, either by pursuing
a degree program or by simply selecting from one of the fifty
courses available to increase skills and solve business problems.
Courses range from "Sales 101" to "Conflict
Resolution" and are as specific as "Goal Setting
and Time Management". With courses and tracks for managers
and others being added frequently, MDA U serves as a tremendous
contributor to the company's overall success.
