David Mafe

Vice President, Human Resources

As vice president of human resources, Mr. Mafe is responsible for human resource strategy and leadership development at Medical Doctor Associates Inc. Mr. Mafe’s team also oversees staffing, compensation, health and wellness, benefits, payroll, employee relations and training and development.

Mr. Mafe holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Hawaii Pacific University. Mr. Mafe has over 10 years of experience in increasingly responsible HR roles. Mr. Mafe began his career with MDA as HR Director in November 2002.
